The RLC Story.

It all started in 2008 with a lost driving licence and losing your job in the process - what do you do? Set up your own business of course!  A culmination of driving penalty points meant that Dave [Evans] progressed from employee to founder overnight.  Most small businesses have interesting backstories and RLC is similar in that too.

Dave's last employer became his first client, and the rest is all about how RLC grew through referrals. The focus being on quality work, speed, efficiency, and results. The business ebbed and flowed with some hard lessons learned along the way.

Everyone needs a mission and Dave's is to challenge the leadership deficit he saw and experienced in business and that became a focus on creating products and services that improve how to have better leadership skills, understand the culture, nurture people, one person at a time and creating success for others.

RLC started as Stratagem Plus, had iterations and investors and partners that got dissolved along the way, and in 2014 became RLC Global and in 2015 Dave's wife Debbie joined the business after her corporate career of 25+ years was not what she wanted to pursue directly anymore. As a husband-and-wife partnership it worked, and it stimulated many new things as they developed new approaches, products, and services and since then the business has accrued RLC Centres across USA and UK. RLC consults who all deliver and sell RLC products and services. We think it’s a good story so far!

As we grew over the years we wanted the story to be shared more and that meant we needed more people to have our knowledge, skills and products and service available to sell all with a full revenue share and Global RLC support.

Leadership program

Dave spent 10 years developing the leadership content using his 7 Daily Principles of leadership, from studies, clients, research and case studies in businesses. We have delivered this with over 130* leaders to date so many revelations. Delivered in cohorts every quarter the 1:1 coaching of up to 20 comes together through the program to share results and experiences.

The program continues from leadership coaching to extended cognitive and/or career coaching

We believe that value is added first and we created the free membership just for this purpose. Access for everyone and we add content quarterly to make sure keep adding value.

Started as a specific client project over 12 years ago to now reflect current business needs, from group workshops to 1:1 coaching the programs cover mindset, attitude, self-management focussed on results and personal accountability. iFCTR, iCAN, Sales through Service program.

We use innovative technology to create impact, embed learning and relate to real-life situations not theory.

 

NLP accreditation FireStarter

Disrupting the NLP world , literally, this program is delivered in 3 days creating a high self awareness, specific technique and build leadership language skill. We have an online program too.
